I learned a lot during this process about the digital world, more than I thought. I learned that there are many ways to express your identity in the digital world such as website building, social media, and more. Additionally, there are a variety of digital tools that I can use with my day-to-day life that I have never heard about and now I know about them and hopefully use it in the near future. In the end, I do believe all of the new digital stuff that I learned will help me with my digital identity that I desire. Just like how technology is rapidly evolving, I should be able to adapt to the sudden changes ahead and later on utilize it. Lastly, I realized that digital fluency is everywhere nowadays and that this ability can be used to create, evaluate, and use any information given to us effectively and just like I said before, technology is changing fast, and I believe that our digital fluencies will also evolve around the same time as technology.

What I created with AI
I used, for example, ChatGPT to create a story that is based on how I met my dog that contains some truths and some fictions. Although it’s based on a real-life encounter, I wanted to add a bit of fiction to make my creation seem interesting to my perspective. What I learned with those interactions with AI is that it’s pretty much if I had a partner working alongside me and the AI is giving me questions and comes up with a foundation of what I want in my creation. If used right, it can one of the most powerful tools I can have access to and a key brainstorming tool if I needed to pitch ideas.
Internet of Things across 24 hours
When I wake up to start my day, I usually get on my iPad next to my bed and scroll through TikTok, YouTube, Discord, etc. Also, in the morning I opened my refrigerator which had an ice maker and a water dispenser into one and also the fridge has an alarm where I leave it open or partially open, it will signal an alarm telling me that I left my fridge open. In the afternoon, I scroll through my phone and looked at Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and other social media platforms with passiveness.
I later put on my apple watch and use to keep track of the time and occasionally check for notifications that pop up and later removed it when I about to go to bed. Lastly, I have air pods with my phone that I use mainly for listening to music and sometimes to watch videos in a public space and I use it with pride because it takes away distractions I don’t want to encounter. Following that, I lay down in my bed with my phone and would sometimes watch TV all relaxed with my phone next to me and then went to sleep.
